Amendment in Schedule III of Companies Act 2013 — Additional Disclosure Requirements

DIR-3 KYC Process Update — OTP-Based Verification Mandatory

MSME Form I — Half-Yearly Return Due Date Reminder

MCA has issued a reminder that MSME Form I (half-yearly return on outstanding payments to MSME vendors) is due by 31 July 2026 for the April–September 2026 period.
